Returns
You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date it is delivered. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging with tags, and have the receipt or proof of purchase. If returning by post, please include a brief note as to why you are returning the item and the action you would like taken. You can drop your return to our premises, or feel free to send it by post to the following address: 4ORM RETURNS Unit 7 Carrigaline Industrial Estate Kilnagleary Carrigaline Co. Cork P43 AE65 Ireland.
Nothing in these conditions affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies. If an item is ineligible for a refund or exchange, the customer is responsible for any shipping costs we incur to return the item to them. We only refund return shipping costs if the return is due to an error on our behalf.
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable on exchanges for a different size, colour, or product. If you require an exchange, we will ship out the replacement items free of charge so you will not incur an additional shipping cost.
Personalised Orders
If the item you ordered has been personalised or made to order / bespoke in any way, exchanges or refunds are not an option.
Faulty Items
Helly Hansen workwear is of the highest quality and should provide you with years of use. If you find that your new purchase does not meet our high standards and wish to return it due to it being faulty, please email us at info@4orm.ie stating details of the fault, including images of the fault and send it back to us together with the item in its original packaging, where possible, within 14 days. On inspection and agreement of faulty returned items, we will exchange the item, repair or refund the full cost including any delivery charges incurred where appropriate.If you are in any doubt, please contact our customer service department at info@4orm.ie.. We recommend that all items returned to us be sent recorded delivery with insurance paid as a minimum. Your local Post Office will be able to advise.
4ORM ltd. reserves the right to take a reasonable amount of time to make a decision and inspection on the product. In certain cases the product may also be reviewed by Helly Hansen. This may take extra time. Customers will be offered the options of repair, replacement or refund.
